At Embroidery Maroc, each order is custom-made after payment confirmation to ensure the highest quality. Here’s how our process works:
- Order Processing: Production begins once we confirm your 100 DH advance payment. This takes 2-3 days to complete.
- Shipping Time: Once your order is ready, shipping takes 1-2 days to reach you.
- Shipping Cost: A flat rate of 30 DH applies to all deliveries across Morocco. Your order will be delivered to your doorstep.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Embroidery Maroc, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products. However, if there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, we offer a 7-day return and exchange period under the following conditions:
- We accept returns only if we made a mistake, such as:
- Receiving the wrong size
- Receiving the wrong item
- Receiving a damaged product
Important Notes:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition for a return or exchange to be accepted.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons, including change of mind or incorrect sizing selected by the customer.
If you experience any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
